          Skagit County Fairgrounds - Bldg A in Mount Vernon located at 1410 Virginia St at 7:30pm

          We will have a guest speaker from First Observer who will give a presentation on how we can safeguard our homeland from terrorism through awareness of our surroundings.  Some have already seen the material and can verify that this is a really good program and we are encouraging everyone to attend. There will be refreshments and doorprizes.
