Winners!
Updated
On: Jun 24, 2010 (15:44:00)
Congratulations to Jenny Schuch, Skagit County; Debbie Draper, Whatcom County; Scott Prindle, UPS; Vivian Strong, Whatcom County; and Chela DeLeon, Whatcom County winners of a $50.00 gift card to Fred Meyer. The drawing was held at the June 9, 2010 General Membership Meeting at the Hampton Inn Fox Hall in Bellingham.
There was also a guest speaker, Mike Martin, previously with the U.S. Marines Special Forces and currently with the IBT First Observer program. His presentation was thought provoking as he related events that occured in the Oklahoma City bombing and how we can prevent or minimize future terrorist attacks. He will be at the next General Membership Meeting on September 8, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the Skagit County Fairgrounds. If you missed the June meeting, you will definately want to make this one! We hope to see you there!

Teamsters Local 231 participated in the MS Walk held in Bellingham that began at Barkley Village on April 3, 2010 and helped raise approximately $1700.00! We were proud to help fight this disease that has affected many of our members.
