On January 21, 2022, by a unanimous vote, the membership at Bellingham Technical College ratified a 4-year agreement! This historic agreement provided an immediate market adjustment for all employees and significant raises in the successor years of the contract. This agreement also provided a ratification bonus for all employees. A special shout-out to the bargaining committee of Tim Hawkins, Todd Saulsbury, and Chris Glatz. This agreement would not have been possible without their long hours and steadfast commitment to the process.
