Your Teamsters bargaining team met with Whatcom County again on Monday, October 27 and Friday, October 31, 2025. We are making significant progress on language items and have exchanged economic proposals. The parties meet again on November 7, 2025.

The Teamsters bargaining team met with Whatcom County again on Friday, October 10, 2025. The Union received several responses from the County, and we were able to make good progress on language items. The parties meet again for negotiations on October 22, 2025.

Your bargaining team met with the Whatcom County negotiators on October 8, 2025. We gave them a full proposal, including language and economics. They had also prepared an almost-full proposal, which they shared with us. We each had an opportunity to ask clarifying questions and acknowledge each group’s priorities. We will meet again on Friday, where we expect more robust responses to our proposal.
