Ali became a Teamster in June 2018 when she joined the Whatcom County Health Department as a Program Specialist. She became a Shop Steward in 2022 and was part of the Whatcom Master Contract Bargaining Committee for the 2023-2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Ali was hired as a Business Agent and Organizer in February 2025.

Dawson is a second-generation Teamster. His father has been a Teamsters solid waste driver for 20 years and both of his parents have shown Dawson firsthand the life that can be earned by hard work and a strong Teamsters contract. Following in his father's footsteps, Dawson became a Teamster himself in 2022 when he joined Waste Management Skagit.

Isaac was a rank and file Teamster member at UPS since 2015. He very quickly found out the importance of having a strong Union to represent him and his coworkers. He has seen the battles firsthand that the Union has had to fight for their members every single day.
