2026 Washington State Labor Council Lobby Day

On February 5, 2026, your Teamster representatives joined other unions from across Washington State to lobby in solidarity at the Washington State Labor Council Lobby. This year we advocated for legislation that impacts our industries and affects the lives of working people. Meetings were held with legislatures from District 40 and 42 bringing attention to the issues all our Union Brothers and Sisters face daily.

 A few of the bills we spoke to Representatives and our Senator about were:

Ban Surveillance Pricing (HB2481/SB6312)

K-12 benefits (HB2160/SB5883)

Law Enforcement interest arbitration (SB5972)

Immigration Worker Protection Act (HB2105/SB5852)
